Vendor registration for the 2026 event will open in Spring 2026. First-time vendors are encouraged to review the Policies & Disclaimers page prior to registering. The Crystal Classic is a truly unique event, with approved vendors located directly on the soft white sands of Siesta Beach for five full days, including Load-In Day. In partnership with Sarasota County, the festival must adhere to strict guidelines regarding vendor participation. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and all registrations are subject to festival approval.

All vendors are required to understand and comply with the Policies & Disclaimers before and throughout the duration of the festival.
